Potential Football League Players?

We've seen a few clubs bring players in from non-league teams to perform well, Aaron McLean, Michael Kightly and DJ Campbell to name a few. Most have faired well and it makes one wonder how much more potential there is in the lower league. Should more teams start looking into the lower leagues? Any more players who have progressed from non-league?

Best example has to be Ian Wright! Signed by Palace from non-league, came off the bench to score in an FA cup final, then signs for Arsenal and plays for England!
